The customer was able to record all the interactions across the Origination, Technical, Legal, Credit, and Contracts departments, ensuring its deal flow is optimised to make decisions quickly and accurately. It has become the system of record and is mission critical, guiding its decision making and is future-proofed to support the company’s ambitious growth plans.
